Plug Wallet Mobile Relaunches as Full Multi-Chain Wallet
Plug Wallet's mobile app has just leveled up. With the latest release, we’ve unified the codebase of our extension and mobile app, bringing users a consistent, feature-rich experience across platforms.
This upgrade transforms Plug into a fully multi-chain wallet — with native support for Solana (SOL), Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Internet Computer (ICP). Users now get a complete suite of addresses for each of these blockchains and can natively hold SOL, BTC, ETH, and ICP directly in their Plug Wallet on mobile. No bridges. No wrapped assets. Just real crypto, on-chain.
Smarter Swaps, Smoother On-Ramps
We’ve added a second DEX integration to improve the in-wallet swap experience for ICP tokens. Alongside ICPSwap, we’ve now integrated Kong Swap, giving users more liquidity and better pricing when swapping assets natively.
We've also introduced Onramper integration to the mobile app, offering a seamless crypto on-ramp experience. Buying Bitcoin, Ethereum, or ICP from your phone is now faster, simpler, and available globally.
In-App dApp Connections and What's Next
With a smoother in-wallet browser and connection experience, users can now connect to ICP dApps from within the Plug mobile app — no extra steps or workarounds needed.
And we’re just getting started.
Up next on the roadmap: integration of ETH and SOL DEX & staking providers, as well as cross-chain DEXs. This will enable a new wave of multi-chain DeFi features — all from your mobile device.
